Dr. Stone is a science fiction hit of summer 2019. Everyone on the planet has turned to stone in the post-apocalyptic world. Senku awakens with the sole mission on his mind to restart civilization. And for that, the uses the power of science. Even though the story is fiction, the concepts used in this anime are real life.

For the sake of the revival of humanity, Senku turns towards science. Thus, In episode 1 he combines nitric acid and distilled alcohol to create a liquid known as ‘Miracle Fluid’. By pouring this fluid on a petrified body, the stone cracks and hence, reviving the person. It is a real-world solution used for etching metals. And that my friends, is just a beginning. You’ll be surprised where he gets in the stone world!

Shonen Jump is a magazine the features content of prestigious shows like Bleach, Naruto, One Piece, My Hero Academia and many more. Shonen’s format revolves around the protagonist with a goal and his strive to reach to it. In Dr. Stone, Senku is an 18 years old boy whose striving to restore the society to it’s originality

Set 3,700 years into the future, Dr. Stone sets in a post-apocalyptic setting. Scenes in the anime are shown with full vegetation and deteriorated cities. There are no laws any rules. Due to this reason, Senku takes moral high ground to restore the world.

With the world covered with vegetation with moss growing with trees and vines hanging from the branches, Dr. Stone would not cease to amaze its viewers with its scenes. Bright color with greenery is appealing to the eyes. In addition to that, the cool dark colors in the night increase the beauty.

Even though Senku is an amazing genius, who was even able to create gunpowder, there is still the limit to things he can do. Although he has amazing mental strength, physical strength is the thing he lacks. Even if he can explain science behind everything, carrying a large pot of water is difficult for him.
6. Prominent Voice Acting
The protagonist voice in Dr. Stone is Yuusuke Kobayashi who is known for his roles in Re: Zero, Shin in the West Man’s grandson, Arthur Boyle in Fire Force. However, he is not only the prominent voice actor in the series. Makoto Furukawa, Taiju’s voice is also known as Saitama in One Punch Man, Miyuki Shirogane in Kaguya-sama: Love is War and Shorter Wong in Banana Fish.
