Life comes with certain challenges as it moves like a roller coaster. Habits are the subconscious activities of our daily life. And how it will be if your habits becomes your “healthy habbits” that makes you fit and make your life a well-being and prosperous. If a person is fit enough he will be willing to cope up all challenges.so, in order to live a prosperous life there need to be certain habits to follow in order to live best for the rest. Following certain habits there are certain habits that are being planned to energize us
throughout the day starting with.

1. Morning breakfast:

Everything in life has a beginning. That boost us for the rest of the activities. Same is the case with breakfast.it works as a fuel and make you energetic for whole day because it is the most essential habit to make you productive and helps in sound mind and work activities.

2. Drinks lots of water:

Water is the most important element in one’s life because it constitutes 60% of body’s weight. Water helps in proper diet. Moreover, it is a safe way to reduce weight because it makes individual full and free from overeating. Water secures life in gym activities by reducing muscle fatigue.it helps to transport the food that a person eats.

3. Set a deadline:

This is best way to achieve goal of healthy life because it makes goal more vivid rather than procrastinating and leaving it for tomorrow. Deadline help to move in accordance to daily routine to achieve the goal with flow and easiness.it is not the end but a new starting to new goal because ones the goals are achieved within certain deadline it will give courage to move for the next one.

4. Avoid healthy eating goals to chance:

This is a kind of sincerity within oneself because no one is there to dish the healthy food for you it is you who decides what to follow and what to avoid because it is control of inner self. Fighting with your own soul to avoid eating food outside and leaving the healthy food. Eat something that protects you from starving the whole day.

5. remain consistent:

Consistency is the key factor that ultimately leads you towards fit and healthy life. Because convincing your mind and heart to go on with the flow is the most difficult task. But if this factor is maintained no one will ever be stopping you to live a healthy and fit life.

6. Prefer whole food, real food:

Whole food is a kind that is free from artificial substances. Prefer whole food because it contain more vitamins and minerals and helps to stay healthy inside and helps to nourish a person naturally rather than artificial substances.

7. Surround yourself with healthy nourishing food:

This factor leaves no option for less healthy food because if you are surrounding yourself with healthy nutrients you are more likely to pick it and utilize it rather than moving toward unhealthy stuff.

8. Take your workout with you:

Never find a reason to skip your workout for a sing day. Be a fitness freak because it will never give you a single reason to skip your workout. There are various ways that helps you working when you are out. Keeping in touch with your trainer in order to gain knowledge of working out. This will be the biggest achievement towards your goal of fitness.

9. be politely picky when eating out:

Never compromise on the food that you want be polite and try to make your tummy happy by the food that is healthy and that helps to make you fit. Never be afraid to modify your order as per your preference that lies within your parameters.

10. Dedicate time to mental health:

It is an additional way to lead a healthy life.it includes yoga practice, meditation.it is similar to the way like investing time in gym. This will help you stay on a track of path of achieving fitness goal an ultimately maintain a balance between your busy life. When you are mentally fit you will be more willing to achieve what you have planned and gives you more energy and relaxation of healthy and fit life.
