Moisturizing your skin before using your perfume would help. Another great trick is to use your product after taking a bath when your skin is still damp.
2. Know Where To Spray
Many of us probably never gave it such a thought to where to spray the perfume. But we should. Those areas where the skin is the thinnest is the most effective in absorbing the fragrance.
Here are a few places that immediately captures the scent; wrists, behind the ears, the neck, the elbows and back of your knees.
3. Don’t Rub
If you do, then stop. Rubbing the wrist after applying the scent does not help at all. In fact, it ruptures the molecular structure of the perfume that would cause to perfume shot lived.
Just try patting the wrists together and that’s it. The scent would be absorbed immediately.
It is not a smart idea to spray directly in hair for them to smell nice. Most of the perfumes and scents contain alcohol, which can damage your hair to another level.
If you want your hair to smell nice, there are many products out there specially made for the hair. Applying them on hair would not damage them and you will get amazing fragrant hair.
If you don’t have those, just apply the perfume of the brush and wait for a few minutes for the alcohol to fly away. Just brush this on your hair for them to smell nice.
