It can make the skin look paler by narrowing the blood vessels in the outermost layer of the skin. In addition to that, smoking depletes the nutrients and oxygen that are important to skin health.
The repetitive facial expression that is made during smoking such as squinting the eyes to avoid smoke and persuing of the lips can contribute to wrinkles.

3. Treat The Skin Gently
Let the skin breath. Shaving and daily cleansing can take a toll on it. Keep it gentle.
Choose mild cleaners over strong soaps. Sure they are made for our skin, but we can’t ignore the fact that they are made of chemicals. Shave carefully and lubricate the skin. Use a sharp clean razor and shave in the direction of the hair growth.
Pat dry don’t rub, but it’d better let it dry naturally. Moisturise dry skin and find the moisturizer right for your skin type. May not seem much, but it useful for skin care.
4. Healthy Diet For Skin Care
Positive effects of the healthy diet on your body is no secret. A healthy diet can shape the way you feel and look.
Keep the skin hydrated and drink plenty of water, especially in summer. Eat plenty of fruits, whole grains, lean proteins and vegetables.
5. Manage Stress For Skin Care
Stress happens to everybody. Try to find ways to manage your stress rather than feel it and feeling depressed. A healthy state of mind can lead to a healthy body as well as skin. Try to get good night sleep and take out time in your schedule for the things that you enjoy. It may not seem much, but the results can get more dramatic than you would expect.
