“Early to bed and early to rise makes a man healthy, wealthy, and wise.” Whoever said it must be really wise himself. The early I’m talking about here is not at eight, or seven but at five to five thirty in the morning. The sentence itself must be sound ridiculous to many, but actually, its the best thing you can do to yourself. In fact, this is the most dominant thing that you can actually do for yourself.
Sure, the morning air is chilly and the comforter doesn’t allow you to wake up that early. Sure, your day really starts way after this time and you don’t want to sacrifice your precious sleep for apparently nothing. Hopefully, this article would change your mind and give you a new perspective to think of things.
1. Kickstart Day
Synonym to the title, you can kick-start your day. The day can start way before anyone else can start. This means many hours of free hours in which you can do anything you wanted to do for a very long time and didn’t have any time. It can be a book, exercise, writing or even a recipe who always wanted to try.
Exhausted after a long day of work and socializing, nothing seems appealing after extend day than Netflix. And we all know, one time we are on Netflix, time flies, and before we know it, its one in the morning. As a result, our real potential is used in all things except in those things which we should we spend.
When woken up early in the morning, our brain is fresh with all the spirit to do something. The productivity capacity is elevated to a clear high level. So, even after a long day, you feel like to do something productive, just start waking up in the morning.
Most people out there want to get fit. If you are a guy, you probably want more muscle and if a lady, more curves. This aim can easily be achieved by waking in the morning as you have the time boost and energy to do so.
Setting up your schedule, you can easily use 1-2 hours of exercise and walk on a daily routine. You would not believe the result in just a few days. Besides being fresh and fit, you would feel the best of you coming out. Studies have shown that people who wake up late and have disturbed schedule have more obesity than people who wake up early in the morning.
This is pretty much obvious. After ten p.m there isn’t much that you do with a hundred per cent motivation and focus. The reason is that our mind is tired at the end of the day even if you haven’t done anything the whole day. That the natural body clock our mind and body work with.
At 5.30 in the morning, our motivational tank is full and so is our focus. We tend to do more creative difficult things that would challenge out potential. When this energy is spent on things that really matter to you, you would take positive steps towards your long-term goals, dreams and ambitions. Once in the routine, maybe you would find those talents in yourself that were not observed before.
5. Focus and concentration
The first twenty minutes after waking up are crucial and the mind is most fertile and have the maximum tendency to absorb things. Waking up late, our mind would be focused on other things like you are getting late, or suddenly remember the assignment you have to complete, the kids have to go to school and they are still not ready or maybe your boss expects presentation from you and you still have to ready yourself to do so.
All these things would probably not disturb you from 5:30 to 6:00 in the morning. Thus, your mind would be focused on things that require your attention and concentration. This is the best time to invest in studies or anything related to your work. We all know whatever we want to achieve, requires our concentration.
6. Habit Construction
With the bunch of hours on your hand, you would have time dedicate your time in directed order. Human beings are not just used to do things daily every single day with the same routine. It’s just hard. And developing good habits in such routine is close to not being possible. Use extra hours you made to yourself to develop good habits. You can set time for a run or even business. This is the schedule that you set for yourself, not by other people for you.
7. Time For Ourselves
This is probably the only time of the day when you can have the time for yourself. There probably would be nothing on T.V that early and no one to text or call you. And all those few green lights on facebook would belong to those who didn’t bother to log out and fell asleep. With no one to bother you, you would have the time for yourself with peace with the things to be worried about bothered when rest of the world would wake up.
8. The Money Grind
Let’s face it, we all want to make money. Self-improving and learning are all proportional to money. The common ways to make money trading the time with money. This type of earning is time-based income. There is, however, a more efficient and systematic based way to earn money. Entrepreneurship is a modern and easy way to earn money. You can use these extra hours to make a famous Instagram channel, youtube channel or a blog. The Internet is the most effective source of income on the planet. You can even leave your job you don’t like to do a full-time job that would probably give you lots of money.
The best benefit to waking up early in the morning is that you can concentrate on developing your blog or channel. This would take your productivity to a hundred per cent.
