  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup melted olive oil or coconut oil
  • 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/3 cup milk or Greek Yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup mashed ripe bananas about 2-3 medium size bananas
  • ½ cup dark chocolate chips or chopped walnuts or raisins (optional)
  • 1teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 ¾ cups white whole wheat flour or plain purpose flour or
    Regular whole wheat flour

 ½ teaspoon salt
 ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon(optional)

1- First of all preheat oven to 325F. Grease a 985-inch loaf pan and set aside.
2- In a medium bowl, whisk the flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
3- In a large bowl, beat eggs, honey, oil, vanilla extract, and milk for 2-3 minutes.
4- Gradually add bananas in flour mixture and chocolate chips (or any alternate of chocolate chips of your choice)
