- 1/2 cup melted olive oil or coconut oil
- 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/3 cup milk or Greek Yogurt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup mashed ripe bananas about 2-3 medium size bananas
- ½ cup dark chocolate chips or chopped walnuts or raisins (optional)

- 1 ¾ cups white whole wheat flour or plain purpose flour or
